Customized orders
To begin the order process, send an email to customerservice@xclusivcards.com and a designer will contact you to discuss your needs. We can design a style you already have in mind or create a unique style for you. To meet in person will require a non-refundable consultation fee of $75. Once you have decided on design and colors, you will get a quote for the total order. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be due, this deposit will be included in your total order amount and a hard copy sample of your stationery will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days. Once the sample has been approved by you, the balance of the total order will be due and the complete stationery will be mailed to you within 10-15 business days. Thank you for choosing XclusivCards! Gallery orders
Once you have placed your order from our gallery, send an email to customerservice@xclusivcards.com with your wedding colors included. Please note that the colors are the only changes that can be made to gallery orders. If you require more changes, refer to 'customized orders' above. When we receive your email, you will get a receipt notice and a form to fill out your event details. A hard copy sample will be mailed to you within 10-15 business days for approval before final printing is done. Please note that we will not print all invitations until you have approved the sample.
